We’re delighted to inform you that ReactFast HomeAssist is now part of HomeServe Membership Ltd, a leading provider of home emergency assistance in the UK.

This is fantastic news for all of our customers as it has dramatically increased our engineer network, meaning we are now able to attend to more of your emergencies quicker and faster than ever before.

HomeServe employ thousands of approved tradesmen in the UK, from Gas Safe Registered heating engineers, to NICEIC approved electricians, ensuring peace of mind when it comes to maintaining your home.

Existing Customers - Need to make a claim?

To make a claim on your existing ReactFast HomeAssist maintenance and repair agreement, please call us on 0844 245 6700 and we'll start the process of arranging an engineer for you immediately.

We will obtain all the details we need over the phone so there are no forms for you to fill in, we will then arrange for the engineers department to give you a call within 20 minutes and arrange an appointment.
