What's covered?
- Emergency repairs to internal plumbing & drainage, up to £2,000 per claim with up to 2 claims per year
- Emergency repairs to underground external drainage, up to £4,000 per claim with up to 2 claims per year
- Up to £500 towards a hotel if the emergency means that you can't live at home for more than 48 hours
What's not covered?
- Plumbing maintenance such as repairs to dripping taps
- Repairs to the external water supply pipe
- Pre-existing problems

To make a claim on your existing ReactFast HomeAssist maintenance and repair agreement, please call us on 0844 245 6700 and we'll start the process of arranging an engineer for you immediately.
We will obtain all the details we need over the phone so there are no forms for you to fill in, we will then arrange for the engineers department to give you a call within 20 minutes and arrange an appointment. |
