Q. Will I be able to call someone out at any time?
A. Yes, we provide a priority 24 hour a day, 365 days a year service including Christmas Day and all other bank holidays – just one simple phone call to 0800 121 8450.

Q. Under the agreement, how many times can I use your services?
A. There is no limit! Whenever you have a problem that’s covered under the agreement just give us a call.

Q. When does the cover start?
A. 28 days after we have processed your application.

Q. My household insurance should cover me against plumbing and heating emergencies, shouldn’t it?
A. No, most home insurance policies do not cover against burst pipes and other plumbing and heating emergencies.

Q. Is Home Assist UK an insurance company?
A. No. Home Assist UK is part of ReactFast, the largest emergency maintenance provider in the UK.
 
Q. What if I want to cancel my policy?
A. Legally businesses have to give customers a 7 day period in which to cancel, however we give all our customers 14 days.

Q. Who is eligible to purchase the agreement?
A. Any domestic householder, excluding commercial premises. Council tenants will not need this service and private tenants should check with their landlord before applying. Mobile homes are not covered.

Q. Do I have an excess to pay on call-outs?
A. No. As this is a maintenance agreement and not an insurance policy there is no excess to pay on any repairs completed by us.

Q. Where can I view full terms and conditions?
A. Terms and conditions will be sent out immediately to you or you can view the Terms and Conditions online .

Q. What happens if I move house?
A. Not a problem! Subject to an initial inspection we can move the agreement to your new property.
